It's also important to consider property price change statistics in the area, so you can determine if you could generate profits once you decide to sell it in the future.

It's important that your family's safety and comfort are the focus in this decision, so you should consider the following variables before selecting the area where to buy:

• Schools and educational areas if you have children under 21 years old. The best school is the one closest to your home.
